Our Application & Enrolment Process
Applications for this year, next year and beyond are open now. Our application form is an online interactive form that allows you to enter all of your, and your child's details, as well as upload all required documents. Below is an overview of our enrolments process.
Application
Complete and submit an online form. Your application will be processed upon payment of the $100 application fee, which is paid at the time of submitting your online form. This processing fee is non-refundable.
The application cannot be processed until the application fee has been paid and all required documents have been provided.
Documents you will be required to submit with your child's Application for Enrolment form:
- Copy of child's Birth Certificate or Passport
- Your child's two most recent school reports
- Your child's latest NAPLAN report (if available)
- Any other supporting documentation, e.g. awards, certificates, residency documentation, medical forms, etc.
- A character reference (required for all students enrolling in Years 7 to 12)
Enrolment Consultation and Educational Assessment
All applicants requesting enrolment are required to have an Enrolment Consultation meeting with the appropriate Deputy Principal of the sub-school your child is applying for. Consultations will only be offered once all required documentation has been received. Both the parent/s and the student must attend these meetings.
Students applying for Year 5 and above will be required to sit an Edutest educational assessment, held at the college.
Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer from the school. For the offer to be accepted, an enrolment deposit of $400 for the 1st child, or $200 for the second child (to a maximum of $600 per family) is required to secure the position/s.
If a placement is not immediately available, the application will be added to our wait pool.
